3. Pay online and you receive the gift certificate as a pdf via email within 24 hours.

Gift Certificates cannot be refunded.

Buying a gift certificate does not guarantee that a teacher will be available at the time that you want. You still need to schedule a lesson with the teacher in their available timeslots.

If you schedule a lesson but then wish to change the time and day, you must do so 72 hours before the lesson is due to start. If you cancel on the day you forfeit that lesson.

Lessons can take place at Adult Language School, suite 601, level 6, 250 Pitt Street, one of our nearby meeting rooms or a cafe near our office, depending on the time, day and teacher that is chosen.
